Linda’s journey to health and passion for natural nutrition started over a decade ago when she began training for her first marathon. While training, Linda learned the unfortunate news that she was battling Multiple Sclerosis (MS). Not wanting to give up on her dreams, Linda decided to overhaul her health and eating habits and tackle her MS symptoms head on. She went back to school to learn nutrition and started to pay close attention to how different foods affected her body. Her efforts paid off. Linda was not only able to run in her first marathon but has kept running ever since!
